A key member of the Rabiner Resources team, David manages bookings and program logistics.

Before joining Rabiner Resources, he has worked for 22 years in the public relations field, first for PR agencies in New York City representing such clients as Universal Studios Florida, Alpo Petfoods, The Bahamas Ministry of Tourism, and Polaroid Corporation.  More recently he managed a large communications department for Brooklyn, New York-based KeySpan Energy (now National Grid), one of the largest energy companies in the northeast.

David earned his bachelor's degree in English literature from UCLA.  He relocated to Portland, Oregon from New York City in 2001.
